We can’t afford any of the beautiful Scandinavian, Bauhaus and French Industrial pieces of furniture for sale at the renowned Midcentury Modern events either. But an afternoon of gawping at 20th century design porn in the elegant grounds of Dulwich College…? Oh go on then.
There will be up to 100 dealers and stallholders at the one-day event, selling design classics as well as pieces by up-and-coming talent. And, alongside the secondhand furniture and homewares, you’ll also find everything from furniture to wallpaper, ceramics, cushions and gifts.
The event takes place on Sunday 17 March, 10-4pm. Entrance fee is £7 if you book online before 10 March. Plenty of parking, but no dogs and disabled access is limited to a section of the show. Modern Shows.
