Pinboard 23 May: Brixton’s Cornercopia does cocktails, Jay Rayner riles Herne Hill and your chance to find out what’s Made in Camberwell

5. Peckham (via Clerkenwell): Local artist Vic Lee does “live painting” at major design event today

Bellenden-RoadRemember Vic Lee? We interviewed him a few months ago, and you’ll definitely know his work – such as this illustration of his own neighbourhood in Peckham, above, part of his series of locally focused prints.

If you fancy catching the man in action, and you have a free window today between midday and 7pm for a jaunt up to the last day of Clerkenwell Design Week, or if you work nearby, he’ll be drawing on the window at Planet Partitioning as well as hand illustrating a rather swanky Koehl chair lovely chair. There will be drinks, canapes and the chance to win an iPad mini or one of Mr Lee’s own works of art. “Come see me and tap on the window,” he says.

Vic Lee Live Painting from 12pm – 7pm at Planet Partitioning 104 Goswell Rd EC1V 7DH @Vicleeprints @Clerkenwell2013
