2. Stockwell: street shopping returns to South Lambeth
The rather marvellous South Lambeth Market returns to its monthly spot outside the Cavendish Arms in SW8 this Saturday. Never been? Find out what it’s all about here – and this month, alongside the usual fresh food, street snacks (this time including barbecued jerk and North African chicken from Mama’s BBQ stall) and bric-a-brac, there’s also bonus entertainment from 2pm inside the pub. The FREE Cringe Comedy Festival gives you the chance to see previews of some of the acts off to Edinburgh next month.
