2. Peckham: Frank’s Café’s Tuesday Summer Pop up Restaurant
Perhaps you went to the debut pop-up restaurant at Frank’s Café at the end of last month? If not, and you like the idea of roof-top dining alfresco on a balmy summer evening, it’s worth knowing that the event is happening weekly: every Tuesday Frank’s has invited talented chefs from London restaurants to take over their kitchen.
Next week it’s the turn of Max and Federico Sali, from Pimlico Italian restaurant, Tinello. Tuck into their four-course feast of duck ragu and T-bone steak among other Tuscan treats this coming Tuesday – and if the rain pours, the retractable roof will stop your rocket and soppresata from going soggy.
The next event is 13 August, and there is a line-up of different chefs booked in every Tuesday through to September. £50 for four courses. Book in advance via info@eatpeckham.com
