3. Bermondsey: Zandra Rhodes’ dressmaker shows you how it’s done
Are you having the same problem as everyone else? That is, warm weather means leg-baring dresses and skirts are essential but the shops are only stocking winter coats and boots? Well perhaps a dressmaking course taught by Jolanta Cerniauskiene, Zandra Rhodes’ dressmaker is the solution to any wardrobe woes.
The workshop will have you cutting the pattern for an old top, skirt or dress, not to mention teaching a few essential skills including finishing seams and hems and how to insert a zip and waistband.
In true Zandra Rhodes style, you’ll probably leave with something undeniably brighter… we hope, anyway.
